Formed in 2016, APUTRAC is dedicated to providing APU tracking, monitoring and management intelligence to commercial airlines and military operators.


OUR BACKGROUND

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) Fuel Efficiency team worked with more than 100 airlines worldwide and identified better management of the APU as the most significant opportunity to save fuel. Leadership from this team developed APUTrac to address the critical issues driving APU waste.


THE APUTRAC TEAM

Pat Jordan

Founder & President

Pat Jordan has a broad range of experience in aviation operations, quality systems and business development spanning his 36-year career in aviation. As Founder & President, Pat provides strategic direction to APUTRAC, LLC to ensure that the company maintains the highest levels of customer service and delivers innovative, technology-enabled solutions.

During his career at Delta Air Lines, he served in several leadership positions including General Manager, International Alliance Operations, General Manager, Finance and Administration, and Chief Pilot – Cincinnati. He retired from Delta as a Captain flying the Boeing 767 on Delta’s international routes.

During the past nine years, Captain Jordan has conducted numerous workshops, training sessions and consulting assignments around the world in the areas of Fuel Efficiency, Fuel Program Implementation and Airline Operations Cost Management.

Seth Jordan

Chief Technology Office

Seth is a senior, full stack software engineer/architect and technology enthusiast with over 20 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale software solutions.  He brings leadership skills to the APUTRAC solution in addition to a broad range of technical capabilities.  He is responsible for system architecture, technical planning and roadmapping, selection of platforms and technical partners, and the building and maintenance of all APUTRAC solutions.  All technical resources — full-time or contract — report to Seth.

Ryan Jordan

Advisor

Addy Award winner with two decades of experience in executive leadership, with a focus on social impact, including six years as the CEO of Buy For Charity, eight years as the Executive Director of the Amala Foundation and two years as CMO of Impact Hub Austin. Currently, a Co-CEO, of DanceFight, a venture-backed mobile video competition platform.

Alex Silverman

Software Engineer

Alex Silverman is a full-stack software engineer specializing on mobile experiences. Alex has developed and deployed over two dozen mobile apps encompassing a wide range of categories: corporate branding, enterprise workflow, business/sales, education, utilities, games, and more. Of those apps that are available to the public, they have been downloaded over 3,000,000 times. A dozen of those apps are internal enterprise apps used by teams around the world. He’s worked with small and large clients including: Apple, P&G, Orkin, Ferrari, ADT, Coca-Cola, and Target
